I have selected fifty employee from each firm FFc & engro pak for Measuring job stress in public and private sector i have selected Nosh questionnaire for this purpose kindly guide me how i can calculate means and standard deviation eg respondent wise , question wise or category wise for example stress scale, health, job satisfaction etc
