Marketing proposal sample of Comparison of Product strategy

Introduction of the Project.

Product strategy is like a roadmap and like a roadmap it’s useful only when you know where you are and where you want to go. (McGrath 2001).

Product strategy is one of the core component of the overall marketing strategies. It is the heart of the firm’s overall strategies. To survive and succeeded in a competitive market a firm must continuously monitors the need of its target customers and satisfy the customers by making changes in its product in line with the changes in the need. A product strategy is a process that allows an organization to concentrate its limited resources on the greatest opportunities to increase sale and achieve a sustainable competitive advantages.

It should be centered on the key concept that customer satisfaction is the main goal. It is most effective when it is an integral component of corporate strategy; how the organization will successful engage customer’s prospects and competitors in the market arena. Customers constitute the source of company revenue through sale .A key component of Product strategy is often to keep marketing in line with a company’s overarching mission statement.

A product strategy can serve as the foundation of a marketing plan. A marketing plan contains a set of specific actions required to successful implement a product strategy. For example “use a low cost product to attract customers” It must take in account the capabilities in terms of engineering of production of distribution existing in the company or of time to acquire them.

It must evaluate the customer’s expectations at the time of delivery. The product itself guides decisions that a business makes to achieve market place success. A successful product strategy must be well planned and organized. Decisions makers assesses the product attribute, industry and the competitors. The information is used to develop a product strategy designed to achieve short term and long term sales revenues and distribution goals. Research is used to identify needs and desires of target customers to develop the product strategies.

Background of the Project.

Product strategies provide avenue for growth to the business. If a business understands its customers and markets perfectly, it will be able to implement an effective product strategy which would give best results. However, a failure to implement and effective product strategy would spell the end of the business as customer perceptions about the company would go towards the negative side. Once the company starts losing market share, a rapid decline of the business would be on its way.

This might turn out to be a disastrous situation for the company. However, if the same is implemented correctly and with thorough understanding, product strategies could act as a platform to launch the company to success and increase its profitability. No product strategy can be described as being correct or better than the other. It entirely depends on the framework and environment in which the strategy is being implemented. So, Companies have spent vast sums of money on marketing research aimed at developing effective product strategies.

What should I wear for the first day of school?(tips)

Each year, the first day of school is fresh start. It provides a yearly opportunity for reinvention. If you want to change the way teachers and other students see you, the first day gives you that chance. It allows you to redefine the way you present yourself, and establishes a foundation for how you will be seen for the rest of the school year. The night before your first day of school, when you are standing in front of your closet trying to lay out an outfit, there are a few things you want to remember.

Wear something you can dress up or down with different accessories. Such as leggings with a long shirt that u can either use a leather belt to be casual or a dressy metal belt to b more elegant. I agree with the ballet shoes because they can b either casual or dressy. Then u can add either leather bracelets or nice gold or silver ones. Earrings are also a good way either dress up or down. You should not wear anything that would not allow u to change the look by adding or taking off accessories. I would dress up the accessories then if u feel overdresses, u can start taking them off & slip them into your bag.

How can I get out of school tomorrow

Solution 1

Lick a door knob, lol, just kidding! School is how you get an education, and you should just suck it up and go, im sorry but this is for the best because you deserve a good education and that is not possible if you skip out + licking a door knob is gross and will make u sick.

Solution 2

Make yourself look really really sick maybe make up before she wakes you up that makes you look like your sick being pail or dark circles under your eyes and talk like you have a stuffy nose... works every time :)

Say you have pains in your sides. If they take you to the doctor and if they dont have a diagnosis they will prescribe you pain killers / anti-inflamatories. Just take them instead of Tylenol or aspirin when you have an ache. I went for pains in my sides that swapped to my back and that's what happened to me, but I was really sick.

HRM619 MBA Project and Data Analysis

Data analysis is one of the significant aspects of a dissertation; for a successful hrm619 MBA Project Report you need a thorough dissertation data analysis. What this analysis implies is a good presentation of your dissertation data with correct interpretation. The dissertation involving extensive research and writing is not any easy experience-demanding for the time-consuming labors. Most of the time is spent for the accumulation process of the needful data. Plus, there is no meaning in presenting the data as it is; it is very essential that the data is interpreted adequately in your HRM619 MBA Project Reports.

vuaccess  is well aware that the data analysis should be carried out through an appropriate methodology; this is the reason why students stumble while dissertation writing. This analysis requires a statistical breakdown of complex data with a purpose of proving your thesis. This is largely dependent upon your methodologies—if being valuable the dissertation data analysis will be good as much. The methodologies applied while collecting the data, to be analyzed, are the valuable apparatus. Moreover, if the data itself is loose or invalid the analysis is not likely to be effective. You should look for setting good channel for data accumulation. For good data acquiring, three factors play vital roles; these are the availability, accessibility, and the affordability.

Unless you have all of them, there is a little scope for acquiring good data. Make sure you have them, because sometimes there is only one or two of them, say, only the availability but no accessibility of data; for instance, a government private data circulated only to the officials. Sometimes, you have both the availability and accessibility of data but you lack the affordability; for instance, a very extensive survey. Receiving dissertation help for any difficult dissertation data analysis is a good alternative.

MBA Project on Performance Appraisal System

This project report described the 360 degree feedback in Performance Appraisal System with Components of 360 Degree Appraisal, Self Appraisal, Superior Appraisal, Peer Group Appraisal and Subordinate Appraisal.

360 degree feedback : According to Milliman and others, “360-degree appraisal is the process of systematically gathering data on a person’s skills, abilities and behaviors from a variety of sources-the manager, peers, subordinates and even customers and clients”.

Components of 360 Degree Appraisal:
The components of 360-degree appraisal are described as under:

1. Self Appraisal : Self-appraisal is a very important part of the 360 degree appraisal system because it gives the employee absolute freedom to look at his strengths and an opportunity to assess the performance. Self-appraisal also provides an opportunity to the employee to express his career moves for the future.

Another important area of self-appraisal is the concern for self-renewal and development of the employee.

2. Superior Appraisal : Here the focus is to provide constructive feedback on employee’s performance and his development needs. It is the responsibility of the superior to put carrier aspirations of the employee in proper perspective.

Firstly, superior must communicate to the employee in clear way what the organization plans for the employees.

Secondly, if the employees have unrealistic aspirations, then also it is superior’s responsibility to share with the employee the realistic picture given his/her strengths, development areas, experience, qualifications and the organization’s ability to provide growth. This is how the superior’s appraisal has a very significant role to play rather than the “fixing” syndrome (condition) of the traditional appraisal system.

3. Peer Group Appraisal : Peers play an important role in the life of an employee in the organization. They can also provide a deep insight into the personality make up, attitude and style of working of the employee. Peers both from within the department as well as from the other departments which are directly connected with the working of employee’s department are to be included in this system.

Peer appraisal must strive to get the feedback on

Employee’s working style,
Eensitivity towards others,
Spirit of co-operation and collaboration, and
Ability to work as a team member.
Subordinate’s Appraisal : It signifies two things.

Firstly, is a clear expression from the organization that it encourages openness and that feedback is a two-way process.

Secondly, it is a systematic recognition of the fact than employee’s subordinates do play a vital role in his appraisal. Thus, the purpose of subordinate’s appraisal is to get first hand assessment of how the subordinates perceive their superior to be in terms of:

The upward appraisal also provides an opportunity to the subordinates to give feedback to their superior on the kind of things they would like him/her to continue doing (status quo), things they would like him/her to stop doing (arrears for corrective action), things they would like him/her to start doing (areas for new initiatives).
